Temporary traffic lights will be in position from the morning of Tuesday 25th October until the end of Friday 28th October. The permanent traffic lights will be switched off and a pedestrian crossing will be maintained for the duration of the works.

The works are necessary to address a failed traffic signals duct that is creating a hazard to road users and cannot start earlier than Tuesday 25th due the planning required with DCC’s traffic management contractor.

Between now and the works commencing the site will be inspected frequently with regular temporary repairs undertaken as required until DCC can provide a more permanent repair.
