DEMO AGAINST DCC SANDS HQ
SATURDAY 2ND MARCH, 11AM-12NOON
DURHAM CITY MARKET PLACE
Over 850 individuals/groups have written to object to the proposed Sands HQ. Experts have condemned it on the grounds of traffic bottlenecks and congestion; business and tourism; environment; pollution; flooding; accessibility, especially disabled. But on February 20th DCC voted to continue with their planning application.
DCC must listen to the residents of County Durham.
If you agree, please join us and make your voice heard.
Bring placards / signs / t-shirts / wellingtons (flood risk) / just yourselves, as you prefer.
