As we get older many of us will start to worry about our memory.
We may be concerned that it takes us longer to learn new things, or we may forget things sometimes, like paying a bill.
It is normal to forget things once in a while, but serious memory problems make it hard to do everyday things like driving, using the phone, and finding your way home.
If you are worried about memory loss you should talk to your doctor, especially if you or your loved ones are:
