Large hole in Pelaw Woods

Your councilors have received a number of reports of people digging holes in Pelaw Woods. It is thought that people may be digging in search of antique bottles.

The land is private so what the council can do is limited. However, Councillors Richard Ormerod and David Freeman have asked the local police to keep a general eye on things.

If you see anything suspicious, please let the police know.
